23 days agoThe rooms are spacious, with 1&2 bedroom options offering a full kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. The staff is friendly and helpful. They resolve problems promptly and are flexible with stay length. They accommodated a full little league Allstar team of 12 13-14yo boys. With twelve families staying there they were very understanding of our crazy tournament schedule and 12 rambunctious teenagers. Thank you!

26 days agoI'm staying there for 4 nights and so far my room layout is perfect, everything is neat, and clean. I got a super good deal online that makes it that much better. It's located in a good area, and the staff are very friendly and working hard to make sure you have everything you need. There are a lot of activities within the resort to do, just be prepared for the heat during outdoor activities. One word of caution is, your GPS might take you next door to the restaurant bearing the same name.

about 1 month agoBeautiful resort at a reasonable price. The customer service was outstanding. I could not say enough about Alexys and Rosie. Their smiles light up the room. They were extremely kind and helpful. Each day they accommodated our every need. They were personable and professional. I was thoroughly impressed by how they handled their business and reflected the West Gate organization as a whole. I would return just because of their professionalism.

about 1 month agoWe were greeted by Alexys L. Very helpful from day one. Our 1st. stay at this Westgate Location was great. We really feel that the staf was always pleasant & friendly. The facility was very clean. If I had a complaint would be that the resort doesn't have enough daily activities for adult & children plan for their guess. That could be since we travel out of season. That said, Alexys help us check Location and activities in the local area and provide us with flyers that we could do on our 1st visit to Arizona. Hopefully not the last. We got a chance to use the pool & playground and the grill that was very clean. Another thing we noticed was that they are currently remodeling and our room was the new look. Last said thank to all the staff at the Westgate. We had a great experience.

about 1 month agoalexys was the employee that helped me as I checked in and made it extremely easy to understand and was very thorough! on top of that she’s very personable and I’m glad I checked in at the time that I did. She works during the night time but definitely go say hi to her if you can! As how far is the rest of the hotel, it’s beautiful and has everything that you need. I have nothing to complain about and I have lived in many many hotels and motels. So that’s saying something.
