I just moved to phoenix for my job with my children. i chose this stay because it was close to my job. I had a great experience until ADRIAN started working at the front desk. I wanted to extend my stay and this guy who was very unprofessional was very rude to me. He kept trying to pick a argument with me which I did not engage into all I wanted to do was extend and because I didn’t engage into his EGO he was willing to put me and my children out, when I ask to speak to management he was acting as if he was above all management. I had to call the POLICE on him. when the police came he wanted to extend my stay if I apologize which all I wanted to do was extend my stay, so why do I need to apologize. I refuse to keep spending money in place who has people like that in their establishment. The ladies at the front desk is great. Something is really wrong with this guy.

Horrible experience. The smell of lobby, hallways, and rooms were disgusting. I had to endure listening to screaming through the walls all throughout the night, and when I made a noise complaint to the front office, they didn’t do anything about it. I paid for two nights for a room that says refundable on the booking website, and when I only stayed for one of those nights the hotel refused to refund me for my second one. Do not stay here!!!

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, RECENTLY SOBER, OR VALUE PEACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. While looking for a home my wife and I stayed at Woodspring Suites Mesa/Chandler. Boy was it a nightmare than never ended. We started on the bottom floor and were often met with the smell of drugs, domestic disputes, and dogs that never stopped barking. When we brought it to the attention of the staff we were told we could move rooms but they would raise the rate. So we moved to the second floor in hopes that it may be better. It was not. The room above of us had banging and slamming that occurred 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When we brought it to the staffs attention we were told "well they have a large dog". After that they attempted to raise the rate again and move us again. At that time I expressed it did not seem hospitable to have us moved for a second time. The banging continued for two more weeks, UNTIL Linda, the over night staff member informed us and showed us pictures of that "very large dog" that had CHEWED holes in the walls. They were moved rooms and we were finally ready to get a goods night sleep. Yet, we didn't. Instead after a long day of work we came back to two strange men leaning on our door yelling at the door across from us. We politely asked to get into our room and went it. At that moment those men busted in the door of the room across from us. At that moment we notified staff who notified us to call police. Assistant manager Heather stood at the door across from us arguing with the strange men until the police came. After hours of swat and police and not being allowed to go up to our room, those guests stayed and continued to have those strange men linger around our door. There are so many more incidents that have made me sick. Children being beat, dogs abandoned, drugs being dealt in the parking lot, campers parked on their property for day/months, and no accountability from the company. The manager Adrian is shady and a liar. He will feed you honey and then when he decides not to want to be accountable he calls the police and trespasses people to avoid conflict. He would rather march the halls and hide in the office than to actually take care of the guests that cause the loss of money. All in all take your money elsewhere. This place is dirty and full of crime.

I’ve always said if I have nothing good to say just say nothing but I would not want anyone else to expect anything good from staying at this hotel. I booked last minute and I should have read the reviews. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I have to go to front desk to ask for an iron and be told to bring it back when done. My room had a kitchenette with absolutely nothing. No dishes, utensils or kitchen towels. The floor was disgusting!! I made the mistake of walking barefoot it was sticky and the bottom of my feet turned black. The bed feels like when you sleep on a futon with thin a blanket and a sheet as a comforter But even worse is the staff. They’re unfriendly and not willing to help anything. Do not stay at this hotel unless you’re desperate or need an ONE night stay only.

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like smoke, pets and weed. The floors were sticky like they don’t rinse cleaner off of them. And if you want to sleep - this is not the place for you. The walls are thin, and all the occupants don’t seem to have a respect for noise. The blanket on the bed feels scratchy and is so thin I wouldn’t even call it a blanket. Cops were outside of the hotel most of the day on 1 day - generally- do not stay here! I don’t know how they can get away with charging the same prices as other suites that are actually decent places to stay.
