If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived late and was not aware of the $200 room deposit! Outrageous for a hotel of this caliber. I went to my room at the end of a hall. The hallway was dimly lit and it was a bit unnerving. Also when I was dropped off the entrance was not lit. Even the people who dropped me off asked if they should stay. When I woke the next day I discovered I had slept on a dirty bed! Gross! I have pics. I told housekeeping and front desk. All they did was change the sheets and acted like no big deal. Then my bill was messed up. I spent hours at the front desk. Also, there is a sign posted, but not obvious, that the security cameras aren't monitored. WHAT?? I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel. I reached out via email to a manager with no response. I had Expedia reach out with no response. I don't even know how this place is open. BBB will be next contact. Do not stay here!

Found the room clean with laminate flooring. Sheets and bedding not on the softer side with minimal (thin) bed cover. A/C kept the room cool and comfortable, even with the minimal bed cover. Weird shower area, had a round section wall and very slippery floor. Small refrigerator with no freezer section. Did have a microwave. Breakfast was good.... continental with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Plenty of seating for breakfast. It was located in a great area, next to so many places to eat and a shopping center. Not much interaction with staff, but pleasant enough. Overall a good place to lay your head. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

We chose to stay here again because our first visit was convenient, reasonably priced, and overall a positive experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. I booked through Booking.com with a “pay at the property” option. However, one night was charged to my account prior to arrival, which was unexpected and a bit confusing. At check-in, there seemed to be some inconsistency regarding payment methods. My SoFi card was initially not accepted, despite having already been charged, and we were later told it had declined. We offered an alternative card, but were told that wasn’t an option at that point. The situation felt unclear and could have been handled with better communication. Additionally, on the morning of checkout (11:00 AM), we stepped out briefly and returned at 8:45 AM to find that our room keys had already been deactivated. When we asked about it, we were told it was because we were checking out that day, even though it was still well before checkout time. This created unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, the main issue was not just the policies, but how they were communicated. A more flexible and guest-focused approach would have made a significant difference. We hope the hotel can review these processes, as the location and overall setup have great potential. With some improvements in service and communication, the experience could match the expectations set during our first stay.

The room was ok- expensive! The breakfast is better than usually expected , however the lady in charge has a sour attitude and never seems to make enough hot additions at any given time . Really hard to have a good hot meal with everything needed. The pool area is full of mosquitoes or biting flies. Brianna was the only Bright light….her positive & incredibly sweet nature make each & every time you walk by the front reception a positive experience.

Had to stay here unplanned after coming in from out of town. Clean, new, good room amenities - including coffee machine. FAR TOO expensive. Even with a discount ! Nice there's NO SMOKING ?, NO PETS ? Checked in (no fault of hotel) pretty late from airport. Asked for late checkout - was given half hour, though other guests that checked in right after me I witnessed got more time. Front desk also called room to "give me a heads up" like while I was getting ready to leave, just out the shower (very nice too) at 11:18 AM , when I had 12 more minutes. Only can say the manager (female) was there. Didn't get to meet her, she was speaking to employees. Also only can say a great thing was the TV location of my double, first floor, near front desk room was logistically nice in that I could watch while in shower, at the sink via the mirror ?. Other than that I am giving 2 stars ? for pricey, room too close to service (laundry) area, employees were speaking loud in the AM BEFORE 11 AM. View non - existent for my particular room

Rooms are not very soundproof. Good news is there’s wood floors instead of carpets. Definitely a more rundown hotel. The front girl Shelby very friendly cordial coming and going. There’s a very large man that is at the desk. Also, he never speaks. Doesn’t say hello doesn’t greet you coming or going. Probably won’t stay here again.

Very unfriendly staff with checkin. (Moran) Told they couldn't find reservation and questioned whether we had correct address....looked for reservation without listening to me spell the last name...told us we could cancel our reservation if we couldn't do the steps.THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN!!! Heard him say the exact same thing to 2 other guests on different days!!! I asked if they could carry our suitcases up the steps for us. (Senior Citizens)Had to ask several times before the other gentleman sitting at desk, doing nothing, finally did. Night desk attendant greeted us when we returned from dinner, asked if we needed anything and said good night. What a difference from the 2 guys whom didn't even have eye contact with us when we checked in. Room very outdated. Noisy exhaust fan and heater. Bed old with spring box that made Loud noises every time someone got in and out of bed. Uncomfortable ? House keep was very nice and friendly ..we were there 4 nights and really didn't need them to clean our room, but they kindly exchanged towels that we brought to them every day.

Our stay was disappointing. Though this was a convenient location, it was not in good repair. Our room's shower head was coming free of the wall, the window was not sealed and we could hear every sound from the pool. There was a gap of around an inch beneath the door and we could hear people shouting and moving around all night long. There was construction (February) so that was also noisy. The breakfast food provided was disappointing and unappealing.

Pros: Beds were comfy. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good except they ran out of orange juice. Location was great and close to many restaurants. Cons: they had no intention of cleaning our room. We stayed for 3 days and the 2nd day I saw the ladies cleaning other rooms so I asked them to clean ours. But day 1 and 3 no cleaning service. Very loud guests above us and next up is.

Rooms appeared to be cleaned at first and smelled nice. The lemon scent was gone by morning and the AC musk took over. Wasn't unbearable but was noticeable. Something that bothered me was when they redid the flooring they must've paid the owners cousin at a cheap price to do the job. Bad cuts and some planks were protruding upwards. The bathtub had the spout moving away from the wall and the plug was not attached anymore. There were some cracks and some maybe old wet spots in the drywall in the bathroom that made the feeling of the place rundown. It was serviceable, it was there for what we needed. A cheaper option closer to the Mesa airport before our flight back home.
