3 months agoWas really nice. rooms are nice and big and and spacious. Staff was really friendly and helpful. If you stayed on the first floor you had a sliding door to go out to a porch sitting area and they had another little sitting area with torches out in a center courtyard area where you could sit and relaxe and hang out and then you have the pool where you can swim or lounge. It was really nice.

5 months agoA very clean, friendly, small hotel. Their Bistro Cafe has Starbucks drinks and a staff that really knows how to make your Skinny Chai! The food and drink menu is perfect for a happy hour or room service dinner. I've stayed here many times, and have been treated to consistently kind and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

6 months agoThere were issues right off.. Refrigerator made noise and couldn't be replaced at 11 or so pm. Husband was already asleep, too. Maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. So from that start to finishing off no coffee in the lobby, pretty much a big disappointment. I really expected better.

6 months agoPool was clean, lots of towels for drying off. We had a balcony overlook in the pool and that was nice. Super big screen. TV was nice. One elevator was working. That's all we needed. The other end of the hotel, though, I noticed their elevator wasn't.

7 months agoWe had a couple of super helpful And flexiblestaff when my husband needed a last-minute room after missing his flight. I forget the evening staff name, but Skip was the overnight staff. Really went above and beyond to make our situation As good as it could be. So grateful!

8 months agoWe lived our stay here. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The mall near by via maps is closed down and It’s kinda far from the major areas like Scottsdale but our options were limited so we didn’t mind the short drive. Overall the room was clean, loved the small pool, great workout space and the lobby was very welcoming. We also appreciated the kind and helpful staff.

8 months agoDecent stay overall but it took over 20 minutes for me to check in. They need more staff at the front desk to help those staying here. Fine for a one night stay when you need it.

11 months agoOur one night stay turned out to be a very poor experience. Our debit card was charged twice for a one night stay and we were not given loyalty points or an invoice. Resolving these issues has turned out to be fraught with responses from Marriott representatives that either ignore the mistakes they made or responses that simply make no sense - a tactic used to avoid the obvious.
