Upon my arrival last night, this hotel provided exceptional customer service. The front desk attendant demonstrated exceptional customer service, a rarity in today’s hospitality industry. My mother and I recently visited a doctor’s appointment and stayed at a less than satisfactory hotel. In contrast, this hotel is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

This has become my home away from home when I come to visit my family in AZ. The staff here are so friendly and deliver impeccable service. This last visit to AZ was hard for me because my mom was in the hospital with an emergency, and the staff here just made everything better. Aaron at the front desk immediately dealt with a minor issue I had with the fridge and personally came to follow up to make sure all was well. He even gave me some little treats for our kids! Love the staff here and will continue staying with them for every visit to AZ. Great location in Mesa too, near the 60!

I spent a couple of nights here while in the area for a surgical procedure. I was really impressed with the staff and how accommodating they were. I had some specific challenges due to the surgery and they went over and above to help me out. The room was quite comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Price was great too!

Probably more 3.5 than 4 but service was great. A bit dated but overall clean. Biggest complaint was you could hear every footstep or dog bark. We stayed at the Residence Inn off Higley during the same trip and this location was a better property despite the ratings.

Had another Great experience at this Residence Inn thanks to all of the Wonderful Staff. Friendly Service from everyone we met and rooms were exceptional. Enjoyed a daily breakfast and great conversations with the kitchen staff. Would definitely recommend this location for a stay in Mesa, AZ..

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering renting a meeting or event room here. My experience with their payment handling and customer service was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary financial stress. Communication was unclear from the beginning, and when issues arose, management was unwilling to take accountability or offer a reasonable resolution. If you plan on using a debit card, be very cautious about potential authorization holds and make sure you ask detailed questions beforehand. Unfortunately, this experience left me with very little trust in how this hotel handles event bookings and customer concerns.

I am not one to leave Google reviews, but this was terrible. We showed up, checked in, and then our keys to our room didn’t work. That was weird because they worked to let us into the building. As I waited for a family member to go to the front desk, I ran into 3 other guests that all also struggled to get into their rooms with their keys. There was also only one elevator that was working, and that door was so dented that the metal scraped every time the door opened. My family member and I immediately decided to leave. As we were waiting to check out, I was talking with an employee who was going to go check all the rooms to verify which were occupied. Apparently a guest had just checked in and when they went to their room, there was somebody already laying in their bed. I would not recommend.

Very nice breakfast bar. The breakfast manager is great. Elevator and laundry room were both out of service. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely laid out.

Great place to stay while on business trip. From the exterior, it may look a bit dated; however, it has been completely renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are several buildings and lots of free parking for guests. It’s located near other hotels, restaurants and gas stations. It took me only 15 mins from PHX airport. This is my 2nd time staying and I plan to continue to stay here while on business trips to Phx area. Muma (front desk) is so great! She is friendly, personable and so helpful. She gives off good vibes and is great at her job.

Update: The front desk staff scammed me out of $1,200. It’s been 6 weeks and still no resolution?? I prepaid for my room with 88,000 points and they charged my credit card for the cash price. They never emailed the receipt and I have no documentation! Although the complimentary breakfast bar was the best I have had at a Marriott brand, unfortunately, housekeeping screwed up and didn’t replace our towels, wash clothes, Kleenex or remove our garbage. We did everything ourselves. The housekeeping department lied and said someone was in our room. But my family was out shopping for 6 hours. Maybe this was too long of a stay! AVOID THIS PLACE??
