Motel 6 Mesa, AZ - South offers a budget-friendly stay with generally positive reviews, particularly praising its location and cleanliness. However, recent feedback highlights concerns regarding room maintenance and inconsistent service levels, alongside fluctuating pricing and occasional noise issues.
My stay was very good. The guests in the room next to Mr were very disruptive however when I called the front desk they dealt with it immediately even though I called at 3 am. The room was clean and comfortable as always when I stay at this particular location. Management is always attentive. Never had a bad experience at this particular location.
All in all I really did enjoy my time here, the grounds were kept very nice and I love the little courtyard area. The rooms however, could be kept more ...I had to go around with disinfectant wipes and do some cleaning of my own. Employees were very helpful and kind!
I enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is great. I stay here quite often and have never had a problem with the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you ladies for a great experience every time. I would recommend this place to anyone. The prices are very reasonable as well.
I paid a $140 for the room last night. Normally I rent that hotel for about 40 to 50 dollars a night. But because somebody was in town, some concert. And some baseball practice or something.I paid a hundred and forty dollars for the room.Definitely not worth that.Considering I got there at almost midnight and had to be out of there at eleven o'clock. This morning
The room was big enough that my father's wheelchair could move around easily, despite not being an ADA room, the bed was comfortable, and the employee who checked us in was super helpful. One of the nicer Motel 6s I've been to. The next time I need lodgings in Phoenix, this will definitely be one of my top choices.
I had a horrible experience. The staff was not only unhelpful but also didn't seem to care that a mistake was made by the reservation center. The staff appeared bored and uninterested in helping even a little. I called the customer service and could not get it resolved with them. Many apologies for the mistake, and they passed me on to other levels of customer service, all saying the same thing, but none took the time to resolve it. I left after the first day of a three-day reservation, because it was such incredibly bad service. I will never stay in a Motel6 again.
So when we checked into our room right off the bat we had dirty linen and cover sheets. We called the front desk to request new linen and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get new linen. Thought that was weird but went up front and got my own linen. Then we noticed the light switches were faulty and barely worked. We thought well its a cheap room so we moved past it. Then we heard yelling and arguing outside and then the cops show up. Its starting to get a little dicey here but once again we moved on. The next day we leave to go see family and when we return at 5:00 in the evening we noticed cockroaches in our room. That was the last line. Went to the front desk to let us leave and refund just for the day and was told no. They could downgrade my room to one without a refrigerator or move to one upstairs. Unfortunately I am handicapped and have a prosthetic leg which makes stairs difficult. Now we are stuck in a room until tomorrow. We have removed all our belongings and put them in the car to hopefully prevent infesting our home when we get back. Very disappointed and would not recommend staying here.
Well, we got locked out of our room with all our stuff inside. However, the lil lady at the desk was extremely helpful and got us into a new room while we waited for our stuff. Location works well for those staying to be close to the hospital. An average experience for a reasonabley priced stay.
I love this place mostly for the location. I work literally right across the street from this motel and it's nice spending my lunch breaks not at work and not having to eat out every day. And I love that pets are free, which is really nice. However, the price of the room is still hardly reasonable compared to some other places. It's way more than I think it should be for what is offered. But the grounds are usually quiet, generally friendly place. There's places to eat around here, Walmart and a Fry's right down the street. The office staff are nice. Everything in the rooms work. If you're staying long-term, they will come clean when you ask. It's a decent place to hole up for awhile if you can afford it.
