Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The gentleman who helped me check in on 2/24 around 12:30AM was so pleasant and helpful. Location was convenient, parking was easy, and the room was great. I’d definitely come back if I’m in this area again!
Shawndra at the front desk was amazing. Even during a very busy late-night shift, she stayed composed, organized, and handled multiple guests at once with professionalism and efficiency. Her work ethic truly stood out and deserves recognition.
First and foremost Scott has great hospitality warm, friendly and welcoming! I did have a few things I disliked, first I requested accommodations for the same room just not to be placed on the first floor. No made me aware that I would be charged for this accommodation! A whole nights worth charge lol crazy! GOOD thing I booked with Expedia…Next they request that you reuse your shower towel before asking for clean ones, weird & Ridiculous! So do they not change the beds linen? Doors stay unlocked after 1130p not true what the sign says.. Don’t get me started with parking , it’s TERRIBLE!!
Had a very pleasant business stay. The staff at the hotel are incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, even with receiving large and heavy packages at the front desk. I've had worse customer service and treatment at 5-star luxury hotels. In fact, my experience here was of one of the best run hotels I've seen regardless of price category. Will definitely be staying here for follow up trips.
Had a good experience at Delta hotels. From the start Amanda was incredibly helpful and understanding of my special requests at check in. You could tell that customer service was important to her and she really helped me out. The hotel is a little dated but I appreciate the exceptional customer service over anything else. Great job Amanda, and Delta Hotels!
I would not recommend staying here. Our soccer team had a group reservation through tournament travel agency and the dates were changed by 1 day. Somehow 6 of us did not get our dates modified. We were charged for a room as a no show. Now for a large corporation, $220 would not be a large sum of money but for a parent who travels all spring in hotels for soccer, this does damage to the budget. The manager refused to cancel the charge for the ine night even though she was still getting 3 nights from us and made a fortune off the teams staying on site. Called Marriott customer service and they said the GM had in her power to correct the error. Group travel agencies screw up for teams all the time and Hilton has corrected for other teams we know. Stick with other brands for group team travel, not a heartless and greedy chain. O and the bathroom tub had hair… not clean.
So I just left the Mirage, which is a lot nicer than this place. They didn’t have any more space because they’re having a convention there coincidentally they’re having a convention here too! It’s a dog convention. They are people also and I love them very much. This evening I paid for a reservation online with the hopes that there would be money on my account my bank account through Navy Federal credit Union. Because Navy Federal credit Union does maintenance every night because they’re a backwards poorly run operation the funds for my incidentals were not on the account. The staff are at the front desk here at the hotel decided that it’s better that dogs get to sleep here than veterans. I’m on my way to Walmart right now to buy a sleeping bag to sleep in my car again after another hotel who I won’t mention decided that I should sleep in my car as well. I asked to speak with the supervisor above the current manager, who is who I was speaking with, and she said that the person was asleep now if I were a better man, I would think that if though some kind of emergency like the one that I’m going through right now that it would be an important enough reason to reach out to them. Apparently I’m wrong. This company is abysmal and they’re so far from being American. It’s not even funny. Thanks for nothing and good luck with your future endeavors. You’ll be hearing from my attorneys tomorrow.
I cannot say anymore phenomenal things about this specific Delta hotel. Check in was super easy, staff made me feel so welcome, had the best experience with them. Once to my room I was blown away. So clean, extremely spacious, beautiful all around. Location is so convenient for the Mesa convention center and it is simply beautiful here oh my goodness. Breana learning the front desk was blessed with a patient trainers whose name I can’t recall. Thank you Delta hotel!!
The room was nice and clean, it's so close to the convention center as well! The bar has decent food and the prices are not bad for hotel food. Evelin helped me out at the breakfast area this morning and both she and the other staff was so kind and patient even though I had just stumbled out of bed and could barely string together a coherent sentence. Honestly, the staff as a whole has just been amazing!
This is convenient to my corporate office. If you are a Bonvoy member and try to stay with one brand, then I recommend this hotel over all the other Marriott properties available in Mesa. I had other coworkers that stayed at CY. While they were closer to our office their rooms were more expensive than mine and I had luxuries they couldn’t imagine. This is in my top five hotels that I stay at across the country on business. Keep up the great work.
