The Home2 Suites by Hilton Mesa Longbow generally receives positive reviews, highlighting cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. However, recent feedback has centered around noise issues, particularly related to airport proximity and room maintenance, and a somewhat unhelpful front desk experience in some cases. Management is taking steps to address concerns, but these issues need further attention.
This place is nice and service is great … but I have never slept so horrid in my life…. First there is a private airport next to this hotel be reading for constant small loud planes from 5 am to 2 am … it’s like half of phoenix owns a private plane! It’s very loud and frustrating!! Then second do not stay in 130 first floor … holy hell the cleaning service is up alll night long doing bowling league night all hours of the night above us. I slept maybe 4 hours and had to get my ear plugs !! It’s terrible!! Why do they do this at 1 and 2 am ????? Ahhhhhh
Let me tell you about my experience here at this beautifully maintained hotel. Checking in, I asked for nearest location to purchase Pepsi zero. Hilton seems to only carry Coke products. ( I’m not a fan) A kind gentleman that works here, that I later learned is one of the managers( Sean ) took it upon himself to go out of his way to pick up some and have them put in my fridge everyday for snack refreshment. To many this may seem a small thing, but someone who has a passion for her soda, Pepsi Zero ONLY, this was a touching gesture and greatly appreciated. The evening/night desk clerk ( Shy ) is very professional and always inviting with the sweetest smile on my way back in from work every day. Such a welcoming experience that I shall not soon forget. A young gentleman, Nathan, wished me a great day when we crossed paths and oh so friendly. I was made feel right at home on this work trip by these 3 individuals. I had one experience that wasn’t so friendly, but was my fault. I was out having a cigarette early in A.M. out near trees/ ditch area. No one else around and one employee that had a cart for work was hidden in corner near bathrooms on her phone, noticed I was smoking and she let me know there was a smoking area on opposite side of hotel. She wasn’t so friendly and watching her during the day, I can see why. She doesn’t seem to enjoy her job. Considering she didn’t get in a hurry to move and has a chip on her shoulder. I almost didn’t put this part in the review but wanted future guest to not let this individual keep you from having the great experience I had from the other wonderful employees here. Will definitely return to this hotel when I’m in the area in near future. So thank you Sean, Shy and Nathan! You three are awesome !
Had amazing elevators to the upper floors to wich you shall reside in an elegant room with a nice comfy bed. Was pleased with the showers and ac unit. Was pleased with the staff and the complimentary breakfast. Man those elevators made everything a quickie with travel and the pool was nice too. Overall a great spot to stay if your over in east mesa or nearby the area. Would also be great for weekend get aways with your significant other. Affordable pricing pernight with booking. For this, 5 stars??????
Love this hotel! We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and the hotel is as clean as it was the first visit. This time we were on the first floor right next to the breakfast area. It was fine except the beeping from the waffle maker woke us up at 6am every day. Would be great if it was at the other end of the breakfast area. Otherwise, great communication with staff during the stay. Perfect location. Will be back for sure.
Absolute five star experience. Cleanly rooms, amazing service and even better staff. Perfect view of the golf-course and valley from back to front. Quiet location (other than the aircraft from falcon field). Complimentary breakfast is just north of my expectations. Location is super duper convenient just south of the 202, with plentiful dining within walking distance. 11/10!
We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites while waiting for our grandson to make his debut! The large rooms were clean and well supplied. All the staff were personable and accommodating especially in regards to activities with our family visiting. A shout out to the front desk staff for their patience in meeting all our requests. A BIG shout out to Dawn for making great coffee and the best breakfast buffet ever!
Super friendly staff. Rooms are clean & updated. Easy to get to, close to freeway. Breakfast is a good selection. Pool & gym are clean & nice.
incredibly clean, new, nice hotel. the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. we had such a great stay, we will definitely be returning.
I loved this place!! Beautiful rooms great staff! Highly recommended. We arrived around 12:30 am we had a few different hotels turn us away because it was after 12. When I walked in here Shaun was super accommodating and found us a room. We can not thank him enough. In the morning we enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, and the woman doing the breakfast was also super sweet! We were on vacation for 2 weeks, and by far this was the best place we stayed, thank you!!!
This is a very comfortable and clean hotel with big beautiful rooms. A very nice breakfast bar. There is no restaurant attached unfortunately but there are many restaurants close by. My only complaint would be that if you’re planning a romantic night in with your partner and a bottle of wine, you have to bring your own wine glasses. Even though they have a kitchenette they do not provide wine glasses.
