Excellent service from Carnation at the front desk. She was very professional and took the time to help me fix my reservations so I was able to change my payment in order to upgrade my room to a suite. She was all by herself and even though there were several guests waiting behind me she took her time to fix the issue, kept her composure and smiled at everyone as she greeted them . Carnation is an asset to have working for LA Quinta and deserves a promotion along with a raise.

Such a nice hotel at an incredibly reasonable rate. All the amenities by available In the room - microwave, coffee, pot, mini fridge, iron, full length mirror! Free Internet that is actually high speed - I emphasize this because some hotels advertise free Internet, but it’s so slow that you shouldn't even consider it an amenity – you have to pay additional fees to get Internet that’s even worthwhile. Always consider this when you’re booking a room! You may think that the price is great and there’s free Internet – but not really! Always ask if it is high speed Internet and if it’s Included in the room price! Connected all my devices automatically, no password needed! So easy! Was able to connect my Fire TV stick to the TV as well! Extra comfortable bed and pillows - and there’s even a recliner in the room! Never experienced that before! A swimming pool, a spa, a gym, conference rooms - everything you need in a hotel! Really enjoyed my stay even though it was just overnight. Something that would’ve been nice though – there was no directory in the room to tell you where the ice machines are, where the spa is, etc., or suggestions for conveniences close by. However, that may have been just a one off in my particular room. If you need something that is economical, but offers all the amenities - this is the one to book!

I was really excited for a room that had a separate bedroom so my wife and I could be separate from the kids! Staff was nice while we were checking in at 11:00 so that was the positive. The doors to the suite and the bathroom did not operate smoothly, the bathtub spout drips, toilet is loose against the floor, door casings and baseboards are scuffed among other items so maintenance was lacking. The bed was sleepable and clean from what we could tell, but pretty uncomfortable. The pillows were hard, making me miss my pillows from home. Overall a pretty poor stay.

This is a clean Hotel in a perfect location right off the 60. My room had 2 queen beds and was quite roomy! The mini fridge, coffee maker, and cable was a plus. Bed’s were clean. Believe me, I pull back the sheets and inspect! I was on the 6th floor which was great. My room did not have a magnifying wall mirror for us ladies that need to get a closer view when applying makeup so bring your own. It has the classic floor AC’s which can be noisy when they come on and off. The breakfast in the morning offers options for everyone. Yogurt, fruit, egg, sausage, cereal, juice, and more but the BEST part (seriously) is the WAFFLES! They are delicious! You cannot stay here and not make yourself some. I would stay here again.

The staff is incedobly helpful and couteous. Its a good value for the money, pool and workout room we're good. The hotel is clean. I wanted to add on to my original review. I left behind an anniversary gift. I've been trying to get it recovered for a week and a half. Thankfully Ella at the front desk was able to help me out and locate the item. It was incredibly thoughtful, and professional the service I received. Thanks again Ella!

Had a very nice stay here, we were on the freeway side and there was noise but not bad ( I do sleep with earplugs). The bed, super comfy and overall the room was very nice. Breakfast was good, sausage hard boiled egg, waffles, oatmeal and just about everything you need to start your day. Overall I would stay here again!

Not a good experience for this long time member. First the drain in the tub was just sitting in the middle of the tub. It didn't fit or stay in the drain. Then the adjoining door to the other room is paper thin and you can hear the neighbors like they're in your room. We had extremely LOUD neighbors and I had specified a quiet room...not one with an adjoining door. When I called the gal at the front desk at 10:30 PM and conveyed this she said " yes, I think I know who you are talking about. I'll call them and tell them. Or do you want a different room." I said yes a new room. She then said ' I don't know if I have anything.' HUH? You just offered to move us!!! I said forget it and we had to turn the TV on loud to drown them out. Breakfast ... what a joke. The coffee was coffee colored water out of a machine! I actually saw clear water coming out. Sausage and hard boiled eggs. No hot food. Packets of oatmeal with nothing to put on it. Poor poor poor. Won't be staying here again on our many trips through the Phoenix area.

Stayed here at recommendation of my financial planner who was located next door. Room was decent. After reading reviews I was very hesitant on staying here and almost booked another hotel. I did not have any of the plumbing issues. I stayed on the second floor, king room. Yes the hall had an odor but I didn’t spend time in the hall. Don’t sleep well because every time the AC kicked on, I would wake up. Other than that it was okay. Based on past reviews I believe they have updated the breakfast as now there is hot breakfast options

From arrival to check-in, everything felt seamless the staff were sharp, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing, so there was zero hassle. Breakfast was a standout: fresh, filling, and the perfect start before heading out for the day. The hotel’s on a quiet street too, which made a surprising difference we slept straight through without any outside noise. For the comfort, cleanliness, and service at this price, I’d happily book here again.

OMG, the noise!!!!!! Freeway is right behind the hotel so that is all you hear. ALL NIGHT!!!. Breakfast not all that great. And why do they put people with pets on an upper floor??? My dog hates elevators but they would not give us a first-floor room. Location is good except for the freeway noise.
