We were really surprised to see negative reviews. You can see a police station from the parking lot and the hotel is located between two higher-end hotels. The streets are clean and attractive. My wife felt comfortable walking the neighborhood by herself in the morning and the evening. We spoke to the desk clerk about the report of bed bugs. She said that any time they see that they have to call in a pest service to check rooms and they never find anything. We found everything to be totally consistent with all of the good Holiday Inn Expresses we stayed at all over the country. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The place was so disgusting, dirty floors, small bugs flying around, gaps between the floor and door letting pests in. The bathtub was severely stained and dirty, I wore my sandals in the shower, the faucet fell off in my hand while turning it on. There was no access to fresh sheets when requested. It was the wrist place i've ever been

this hotel is awesome! My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting in Phoenix. The guy at the front desk was super quick getting us checked in. We went and checked out the room and it was super clean with plenty lighting options. The bed was so comfortable it felt like we were laying on a cloud. The TV was large and we were able to connect our phones so we could watch movies. There were plenty of towels in the room and their soap options were great! (All of their soap products were dove; Great for sensitive skin). The room also had a nice Keurig machine with plenty of options to choose from for drinks Such as, a regular blonde roast, a decaf blonde roast, green tea, and Sleepytime tea. They also had plenty of creamer, sugar, and sweetener options in the room. We stayed on the third floor and the ceilings in the room were high which was so nice! We tried out the complementary breakfast and it wasn't anything too special but the food was decent! Check out was super simple we put our key cards in the box by the front desk and then the front desk ladies had asked our name and we were good to go! also parking was free! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel it was super clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Staff is very friendly and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good for a hotel, always hot and ready. I've stayed a couple of times and always a good experience.

The lady at the front desk was WONDERFUL! Very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating with a really sweet personality. Give her a raise immediately! Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Smaller bathroom than usual and the hotel is not a new building but rather an older building that has been updated a bit. The breakfast area is clean and functional but very small compared to some with limited seating. Food was just fine, everything was fresh, clean, and organized. A good option if you're in the neighborhood.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This hotel has bedbugs! (mentioned is several reviews here) Their front desk staff was more focused with playing on his phone, and the neighborhood feels sketchy and deserted. This hotel reflects incredibly poorly on the IHG brand, it is absolutely the worst IHG property I’ve been to. Management AND staff need to re-dedicate themselves to maintaining a clean environment and to providing a customer-centric experience .

ZERO STARS.. negative stars even. This hotel has bedbugs! (This is mentioned is several reviews here) They Offered to switch me to new room but why would I even stay here after seeing evidence of bed bugs?! Their front desk staff was more focused with playing on his phone. This hotel reflects incredibly poorly on the IHG brand.. absolutely the worst property I’ve been to. AVOID THIS HOTEL. They do not provide a customer-centric experience .

Room was nice! General manager was nice! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, except that the pancake bag needed replaced and when I notified the front desk, the breakfast staff woman replaced it but then I couldn’t get it to work as the machine kept asking questions about the bag so that sucked. The halls and elevator also smelt disgusting every time we’d go anywhere. And, you can’t get in through any of the side doors. Even if you want to go to the pool, you have to walk all the way around.

A nice hotel with adequate parking and friendly staff. There was water dripping in the hall from a vent as we came to the room. The room though was very nice. Great air conditioner and extremely spacious. Lighting was good as was the number of outlets. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night sleep.

IHG Platinum member. Stayed June 2025. Room rate was competitive against other properties in the area. However, I was charged a $5 resort fee on my checkout bill. I looked on their website and it was not disclosed. Keep that in mind as you calculate your estimated total cost for your stay.
