Employees came in room when told not to and stole clothing why we stayed here for a few months it the big lady at the front.. and owner can care less. Better to go down thre st to best western or extended stay way better then this
The safest place with the friendliest staff. As a truck driver, I often stay in various motels, this is the best hotel to stay and I use this place for a rest. Manager,I think Deric does a great job running this place
The room was dated and worn. No charging ports for devices. The sink was badly cracked and the tub was rusted out by the drain. The bathroom door was broken. The carpet was stained. An office chair instead of an easy chair. Clearly not refurbished in the last 30 years.
Front desk lady (night [12/18/2025]) was kind of rude for no reason. Got in the room and there were no towels or washcloths. Rooms look nothing like online. Buy a room daily and you get housekeeping daily. But spend more money and buy a weekly room and get housekeeping service only once a week. Makes no sense and is poor service. After a full week there I caught the manager (Derik) in a lie, whereby he told me he did not personally enter my room. However, he was unaware of my personal surveillance in the room. (See photos.) The fact that he lied about this raised a huge red flag, especially after I told him no one was allowed in. Arizona laws prohibit staff from entering absent exigent circumstances. Also very poor service in that they offer housekeeping only once a week, their ice machine (which they advertise as working) does not work, and their Wi-Fi is only useful while in their lobby, as if anyone wants to hang out in a inconvenient lobby that reeks of a putrid smell. They’ll be lucky if I don’t file suit for breach of contract.
A Gem of a Stay! I just returned from an incredible stay, and I'm still on cloud nine! The service was top-notch, the room was spotless, and the amenities were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. I loved the convenient parking and easy check-in process. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Stay at the Superoir Suites Hotel.
Had a girlfriend get there and book the room while I was at work. I said, "Keep it under $100/night". I walked in and was disgusted ?! The carpet looked atleast 20 years old. Horrible "flat screen tv" and, the worst was, later in the night.....roaches showed there ugly presence on the nightstand. I will never stay here again.
Altogether way not a bad place. Weekly rates are a little high but it wasnt "zombie " infested. Room was very clean. And they were helpful.
I'm pleased. The room and property were very clean and quiet, and all of the staff that I came in contact with were very nice and helpful. I was just looking for something simple where I could have a much needed rest and this was perfect.
There is no cable, no WiFi, you have 3 channels on your tv two don’t have sound. The bed isn’t a queen bed it’s a full size I took measurements. The manager Derek is a con artist, he charged me fees for my service animals even after showing him a certified letter, if I paid online he would lock me out of my room and turn the thermostat up and leave my dogs in the heat until I paid fees for my dogs. He even tried to extort me for more money and even called the cops trying to do so. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, reported them to the local news 3 on your side.
This is a no frills, get what you pay for motel. The air conditioner works great, and the rooms were pretty clean. Can't beat it for the price!
