I've stayed here i cant even count how many times sometimes even months at a time but some of the staff at motel 6 north are just plain rude alot of the time my husband would be working and wouldn't be able to get me the money for the room tell about 11:30 on his lunch I went to go pay and the girl up front wouldn't take our money and then told us we were no longer allowed to stay at that property or the one across the street just for paying after 11:00 im sorry but when your spending thousands of dollars at that hotel you think they would treat you better never again will I tell anyone to go there

The motel 6 Mesa North was a delight. We found a beautifully clean room. Everything was great from the girl at the desk to the cleanest room. Made me as a cancer patient able to relax. I will be staying again.

I want to be clear that your staff has consistently been professional and courteous; however, the room conditions themselves have repeatedly fallen below acceptable standards. > On February 26, at Motel 6 Phoenix – West (Property 5139), I encountered a cockroach in the room and a malfunctioning toiletry vending machine. These issues are unacceptable in any guest room, especially for a returning customer. > > On March 8, at Motel 6 Mesa North (Room 230), the floor was sticky, and there was extremely loud noise coming from the unoccupied laundry room (Room 261). I recorded the noise because it was loud enough that it would have prevented sleep had I been trying to rest at that time. > > I work for LSE,running the bar, and I book Motel 6 rooms specifically for work purposes. I also have an upcoming reservation on Sunday, March 15. Given the repeated issues across multiple stays, I am requesting: > > - A rate adjustment or discount for my upcoming stay, additionally > - A comped night as compensation for the conditions I experienced. > > I continue to choose Motel 6 because of convenience and staff professionalism, but the above issues significantly impacted the quality of my stays. My daughter and I drove 14 hours only to find out that our previously booked hotel had canceled on us. The lady who answered the phone at this Motel 6 was very kind and was the first person I talked in over two hours that was willing to help us. We were sadly preparing to spend the night in our car and we didn't have to because this wonderful woman went above and beyond to get us a clean, comfortable place to stay at 4am. We are forever grateful to her.

It’s not the Ritz (and not what I would usually book) but it got the job done for the 4 nights I was here. Check in was easy and the price was right. Room was acceptable if your expectations aren’t mega high. I have no complaints.

We stayed here for about 3 nights and didn’t have any issues. The area was pretty convenient from the areas we needed to visit and it was quiet for the most part. Looks wise, it’s a typical motel and obviously not the most luxurious but we got what we needed it for which was for sleep mainly. Our dogs stayed for free and it was also a good area to walk them around in. Also it was nice that it was across from the Golfland Sunsplash place as we’re able to walk over there with our toddler to the arcade. Overall not a bad stay. Again, don’t expect much as it’s a basic motel but it also wasn’t bad. We had no issues checking in or out.

I’ve stayed at several motels sixes all over the country in my travels. This one is one of the best ones. I’ve stayed at the rooms are extremely clean and nice and the location is awesome. There are two dog parks, which is wonderful because I have two dogs that I travel with so it was perfect for my husband and I also my favorite thing about the entire place was the staff. The staff is amazing every single person that I encountered which there were several were superduper, helpful and beyond kind and the prices are amazing if you download the Motel 6 app one time my phone was shut off and they still honored my price. Very kind people very cool spot. Highly recommend it if traveling through Mesa Arizona I don’t know the one woman’s name, but she works late at night and she was amazing from the start, but like I said each, and every employee was fabulously kind to me. I will definitely go back there in a heartbeat if ever in the area.

This was my first experience with any motel that was across the board better than my expectations. From the reservation on line. The kind and wonderful girl who gave me the key to the room. It was clean quiet and not one time was I bothered by any kind of people upstairs or next door . No one was walking in and out out of their rooms at night and I was able to park my car right outside of my room. I was very happy and will be going back to Arizona in a few months. I will be booking another stay at this place !

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing that would made the stay more pleasant is if they had refrigerators and a microwave in the room. The people above us were noisy and kept us up at night other than that it was nice.

Good place to stay. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Check in was fast and smooth. Room was clean. Good Hot shower. ?
