Terrible experience. The first issue was that Chris at the front desk tried to offer us rooms that were not what we reserved, and one of the rooms was in poor condition. Despite having two rooms booked, he claimed we had too many people — saying “8 people showed up” when it was only 2 adults and 3 children. I had even called earlier in the day to confirm a late arrival and was told it was fine, yet they still charged me as a no-show and are now refusing to refund the full amount I was wrongfully charged. When we tried to calmly explain everything, Chris became rude, refused to check us in, kicked us off the property, and even called the police on us for no reason. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

I really wanted to shower after attending an event but the fact that there was blonde hair on the shower wall and a blonde hair on the bath towel, that guaranteed I was not using that shower. If you are claustrophobic, you will not like using the toilet. You have about 3 inches from the wall and the shower. After getting the door key, we could not enter, returned to the desk and the rude female employee said "well yeah you have to jiggle it". That could have been told to us after getting the key if she knew that's The only thing good about this hotel is location.

I was there on 10/30/25, and 11/03/25 both times my room was clean and comfy bed. The lady that stays all night explained in the morning what there was for breakfast. She was even kind enough to make me a waffle for breakfast. The little egg and cheese things were good. I'll be back next year.

I absolutely love this hotel, currently staying here now for for days and could honestly live here. Full size couch with hide a bed plus a huge comfy bed. Simple wifi connection, coffee pot, micro, and fridge inside or room. Wifi I could cast to the tv but have my own media player so not a deal breaker at all. Amazing shower with great water pressure, great hot water, sorry clean room and bathroom. Would highly recommend especially when you consider the cost. Great job guys, quality inn says it all.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I really liked that they went out of their way to open the pool after it had been closed for cleaning for a family with some eager kids who were already in their swimsuits. Room was sparkling clean but needs some updates. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. It is right across from the light rail line for easy commute around town. Not the nicest neighborhood, but it was close to the area of town I needed to be and the nightly rate was reasonable.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Mesa AZ again for 5 days. The lovely people that work there (Sam the Mgr) are super friendly. Got a room with a king size bed for me and my dog thst was super clean, comfy and nice. The area around the motel is also clean with a quiet neighborhood, I slept great !! I look forward to visiting them again in the Spring. Thank you Quality Inn ???

I had a king room on the second floor by the pool. This is a budget hotel so nothing fancy, but it was clean, had a big comfy bed, a comfy L-shaped lounging couch (where I took a nice nap), and all the basics a traveler needs (microwave, larger than usual mini-fridge, wifi, toiletries). A/C worked well and had the continuous fan mode while still maintaining thermostat function (not all do that). Was exceptionally quiet, but I think they were only lightly booked dt time of year. Felt safe too. Took a dip in the pool and it was refreshing on a warm day. Not many amenities around the pool (no lounge chairs or umbrellas), but it was all right. Breakfast is the usual basic economy hotel fare (boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, waffle machine). Staff was friendly. One of the best (and unadvertised) perks-- Right on the light rail line. I mean the nearest stop is like 100' away! Didn't have to get a rideshare, just hopped on and went downtown and eventually onward to the airport. Would totally stay there again.

It's not a bad hotel from the price. We went for a concert at the amphitheater and this was the best priced hotel in the area. Customer service was great. The breakfast had way more variety than I thought they were gonna have. The room was clean. A bit on the older side but for the price id stay here again for sure

The floor in my room was very dirty and in need of a serious deep cleaning. The bath tub had at least three holes in it and probably the reason for the laminate flooring to warp. Our room never got serviced while we stayed for 5 days. No meat with the breakfast bar. People at the front desk were very nice. Didn't use the pool but it looked decent. Plenty of parking.

I didnt really know what to expect going into this but I remember the are from years ago and thought it might be sketchy. This was not the case. There was someone readily available to assist me when I arrived even though it was really late. I was checked in quickly and was happy to hear about the full breakfast being served in the a.m. My room was spotless and you can tell they remodeled. The grounds were quiet and peaceful. Definitely will return.
